In this paper, the channel coding in the Cognitive Radio Environment is studied. Firstly, the basic principles of Digital Communication System,Channel coding and the development of error-correcting code theory are introduced.Secondly, RS codes, convolutional codes and LDPC codes used in both the 802.11n protocol and DVB-T standard of communication system are described. The basic principles of the various codes and their decoding algorithm are introduced. BER and SNR of the relative coding and decoding procedure are analyzed; RS code, has very strong capability of correcting random and burst errors and is widely used in various modern communication systems to satisfy the requirement of channel reliability. This paper designed RS (31,15) encoding and decoding processes, and verified its error-correcting capability. In the convolutional code, the methods of general coding and decoding of convolutional codes, and (2,1,7) convolutional codes used for the DVB-T standard have been designed and studied. The main variables of the VB Decoding algorithm are described. The simulation results show that the design of programs is effective. In the LDPC codes, with only the relevant knowledge, no in-depth study. The simulation results show that the design of programs is effectively.
