Research On MIPv6-Based Multilevel Security Networks

Multilevel security has been keeping vitality during the past over forty years because of its widely requirements in the military and commercial fields. Multilevel security refers that different levels'information are allowed to be storaged in one system, users with different security marking and authorization can deal with the system information according to the principle of'Need to know', and it must stop the users without security marking nor authorization accessing to information. However, traditional multilevel security is not appropriate modern distributed network since it is building in centralized environment. So a concept of multilevel security networks is still a new area, and the study in this field is just starting.In this paper, the key technologies are firstly studied. Based on BLP model, a new model with enhanced confidentiality is presented, and the security is proved.Secondly, according to the analysis of RBAC96 modles, a licensing scheme of multilevel MIPv6 netwoks based on BLP modle is proposed.Thirdly, in this paper, a design of multilevel security networks in MIPv6 environment is given, including the configuration and deployment of the multilevel security networks, furthmore, the process of multilevel security networks is also given.In the end, a implementary project is maked, and it's simulation results is given. The results show that, the multilevel security network this paper trussed satisfy what the multilevel security need.The research of this thesis will be a good help for further study in the field of multilevel security network.
