The application system of laser information field mainly consists of two basic parts: modulation encoding and reception decoding. This paper based on the theory of chopped optical encoding, proposed a new matrix encoding scheme ,so the frequency encoding of laser field intensity is realized.The scheme mainly includes cylindrical lens,transmitted light delete and pi/4 deflection prism,the related optical elements and signal channel parameters is calculated,the related optical is analyzed.The information characteristics formed by matrix encoding is discussed ,the receiving decoding technology of the optical receiving system,signal amplification circuit and the data processing circuit is researched,the photodetecter is choosed,the circuit part is simulated by the software,the related design parameters is got.For the characteristics of matrix encoding,an information processing methed is proposed and experimented,the results proved that,the method of information processing is feasible.
