In this paper. According to measure the characteristics of semiconductor laser, A mathematic model has been established for analog control constant current source, At the same time, developing a semiconductor laser power supply, the adjust range of it's current output is 0 to 5 A. and it belong to a efficient system without impact. It's efficiency has been improved to 80%.A program that changing analog control constant current source to digital control constant source also been achieved.For solve the problem that semiconductor laser operating wavelength changed with temperature, designing a laser diode temperature control system, in this system used two method for temperature controlling, on the one hand, heating through PWM technique; on the other hand, cooling by constant current, on the process of temperature control principle advantage of PID.At present it has been used in an accede attraction system.
