Wireless LAN (Wireless Local Area Networks) has been a close part of our life, our study and even our work, WLAN is the tendency of the development of the LAN. And the purpose of this system is the research of communication system base on wireless. It builds a wireless communicational system with FPGA and the radio frequency part to communicate with sound, digital data and images within two kilometers. This paper describes the correlative theory of the communicatiaon system, the hardware design and software design of the digital signal procession of base band of the system.First, use the FPGA and microprocessor to construct the hardware of the digital signal procession of base band. The hardware mainly include the module of digital signal procession, the module of clock generation, the module of A/D converter, the module of D/A converter, the module of power and so on. Then, Verilog HDL is using to realize and simulate the digital signal procession about the communication, such as RS coding, RS decoding, interleave, the modulation and demodulation of 64QAM.
