Scheduling is one of beft method to solve the optimal allocation of resources. Scheduling problem there is essentially a multi-objective and multi-constraint decision-making priorities. According to different demands on resources, application scheduling tool enables optimal allocation of resources. Enterprise information construction in the shop production scheduling optimization problems of the enterprise's economic and social benefits have a direct impact, the business and academic circles at home and abroad has been a hot research, there is an urgent need to study the efficient production scheduling methods and the establishment of methods to achieve these production scheduling management system for scheduling.Different from the traditional multi-objective scheduling consider only the processing time, equipment utilization scheduling objective,in this paper, genetic algorithm,multi-objective scheduling problem studied, presents a synthesis based on the best interests of the scheduling model.Respectively, from the completion time and equipment utilization establish optimal target, using a new weighted based on the overall fitness, Namely the use of existing stocks of information and the objective function value, to regulate the objective function of each weight to effectively, Make the model to meet the delivery period, effectively ensure the load balance of each machining. And to design the corresponding genetic operators to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm in order to find the optimal solution faster. The algorithm for AL + CGA, PSO + SA conducted a simulation results, proved that the new algorithm is effective.The practical problems for a factory, use the above techniques, Has developed a high efficiency, low cost, high reliability, availability and strong platform for shop production scheduling, The new algorithm will be embedded in to the system. To provide enterprise optimal scheduling scheme. Achieve the balance between efficiency, costs and profits, To achieve the Combined interests of the optimal.
