With rapid development of advanced mechanical manufacturing technology and fast change of market requirement, products variety has become more and more complicated , and manufacturing mode of mass-production and a few varieties are being replaced by that of small-amount and mutely-variety. And traditional fixed element manufacturing mode in job shop and management scheduling mode only with experience could not cope with the happening of random events, and could not realize the best configuration for each manufacturing task. How to ensure that job-shop scheduling system possesses flexibility which satisfies various demands,openness which can accept new characteristic functions and intelligence characteristic which can make manufacturing plan on its own has become the focus of job-shop scheduling system research.Based on the manufacturing Job-Shop situation and analysis of related research achievements both at home and abroad and development situation, this paper focuses on research of definition and classification of Job-Shop Scheduling issue. The emphasis of this paper lies in discussing optimization algorithm of Job-Shop Scheduling, and this paper improves and applies comprehensively swarm Algorithm and Genetic Algorithm.. The research of Job-Shop Scheduling theory and optimization algorithm establishes a theoretical foundation for Job-Shop Scheduling model based on Multi-Agent. Combined with core content of Agent technology and its application in Job-Shop, based on requirement analysis for Job-Shop and MAS system, this paper discusses and designs one Job-Shop Scheduling model based on Multi-Agent, which is the base of realizing scheduling system prototype model.This paper uses Java language and Object-Oriented theory to discuss one Job-Shop Manufacturing Scheduling System based on MAS, and focuses on designing and realizing core Agent and system based on JADE platform. By doing simulation experiment, this paper verifies the optimized effect of improved swarm Algorithm used in Scheduling System. The introduction of MAS and Algorithms mentioned above enables Job-Shop Scheduling System can actively analyze the equipment and task situation in current Job-Shop, and take global optimization as the object, automatically produces manufacturing plan, and manage to solve the complicated problems which may turn up and may be quite difficult for single individual.
