The paper takes the rare earth extract process optimization flow control as the application background. A current capacity optimization control system faced to the rare earth extract process has been designed in this paper. The rare earth cascade extract system has many levels, both of the rare earth elements'atomic structures and the chemical property separates are close, the extract components can not surveys continuously or analysis online easily, caused the level of automatic control in cascade extract system is low, though the cascade extract theory published by Mr. Xu Guangxian located at the world advanced standard for 30 years. Therefore, enhances the automatic control level of rare earth cascade extract system is a significant topics in fields and rare earth enterprise. This article deep research rare earth cascade extract process'characteristics, include multivariable, misalignment, close coupling, big lag, time-variable and so on, proposed traces the control system based on the online analysis and the Case-Base-Reasoning technology.The article has analyzed the rare earth cascade extract balance computation model exhaustively, explored and studied the extract process dynamic change characteristic. Also, this article has done the preliminary research to the Case-Base-Reasoning technology in the rare earth extract process current capacity optimization control system. This article elaborated the general flow of Case-Base-Reasoning technology, proposed the knowledge management and the case inference fuse frame. In this system, one case storehouse has been constructed based on the material fluid partition and the characteristic case expression method, the neighborhood method used on the similarity computation through all cases. A simulation tests through a group of empirical datum as verification the rationality and realizes of this system. The scene situation and the project personnel demand has been designed overall evaluation, the data acquisition system has been designed which means the database can be unceasingly rich in the scene movement, and they could be took as optimized control case origin and feedback basis.This article used Case-Base-Reasoning technology belongs to the data driven control theories and methods, the article relates the rare earth extract production process optimization control system in detail, realize the method by hardware design and software design. This system have great meaning to steady product quality, enhances receiving rate to rare earth cascade extract system.
