The police demands more consistency than any other business. Because it has the characteristics of mobility, abruption and emergency, it needs a powerful tool to deal with the information, and make it easy for the police officers, who is out and carrying business, and the command center share the information and cooperate in anytime and anywhere.To solve the problems above, on the basis of the research of essential theories and key technologies about mobile agent, we analyze the reason and advantages of building a Cooperating Mobile Police System based on Mobile Agent.To improve the system's efficiency and security further, we make the following improvement which is aimed at system's characteristics after doing some research on mobile agent's communicating mechanism.1. Researching on the present mechanism of message delivering. We design a message delivering mechanism based on domain through integrating the advantages of base station method and centralized registering method. It means dividing the whole net into different domains, adopting centralized processing methods in the same domain and distributed manipulating mechanism among different domains and using global address method based on domain to address Mobile Agent regardless of its position. To improve the system's reliability, we add spare domain address server in the communication model and add special communicating component Com-Agent in Agent Server, thus relieve the burden of Agent Server.2. Improving the safety of Agent in moving address to cope with the attack of hostility node. We add safety coefficient besides ant group algorithm and adopt new safety strategy.3. Solving the problem of communication failure produced by message chasing. We introduce time refrain mechanism and message transferring scheme, consequently reducing the probability of communication failure.At last, a new police mobile agent system Aglets is presented and realized based on analyzing and comparing of current representing mobile agent system.
