With the development of the network and the information technology, the promotion of information filching modes and methods lead new potential threat to the network security. The existing products are mainly focused on unilateral security problems and lack in self-correcting and learning abilities according to actual circumstances. So it is necessary to develop an intelligentized and integrative security protecting system to safeguard network. In this paper, we propose a new model of security defensive software -PRISDS (Policy-based Reconfigurable Intelligent Security Defensive Software), and carry out a research on its critical technology. The detail works are as following:1. The system structure and the working model of PRISDS are designed. With the support from policy-based dynamic reconfiguration mechanism, PRISDS can adjust the system method of itself.2. As the PRISDS adopts the structure of component, PRISDS's policy component is designed and two types of policy conflicts are analyzed. The consistency examination algorithm of the component control is designed according to the inconsistent conflicts of dynamic state policy, with which the component conflict is effectively solved by examining the component restriction of component aggregate in the policy. Furthermore, the algorithm of customers' biggest satisfaction policy on the basic of the fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is made, which Aims at dealing with the policy redundancy and the policy lack conflict that exist in choosing static state policy; the very algorithm brings forward the conception of consumer satisfaction and consumer attention, hereby conflicts can be availably resolved, also its practicability is proved.3. According to the characteristics of the Policy-based dynamic Reconstruction mechanism of PRISDS, a consistency guarantee method during the reconfiguration of PRISDS and the algorithm of which is also presented.4. Finally, a certification system is designed and realized with the analyzing of its effect. The result proves that the PRISDS system possesses better flexibility, adaptability and reconfiguration ability.
