Light-emitting diode is a solid light-emitting device, it is the new third-generation light source development . LED lighting industry has been in national focus on the development of high-tech industry and received strong support from government.In 2010, China's semiconductor lighting and related industries will be more than 100 billion yuan output value of the scale.High-brightness LED devices will get more than 50% of the domestic growth rate. Three-color LED become a trend of LED development. Three-color LED has three pieces of LED chip in red green and blue that drived by PWM electric current. In order to generate white light or the color users required,the LED diver will change the current in chip to varying the luminous efficiency. Three-color LED drive technology more and more become a major core technology.In this paper, the goal is to develop a high-power full-color LED driver based on three color LED chips innovatively.Firstly, we analyse the optical properties of LED on the trichromatic theory of mixed analysis of light, choose a suitable LED chips, choice of mixed optical channel and get the design requirements for the target device.Secondly, get the drive circuit designed by analysing the electrical performance of LED.1) In the design of the switching power supplies, electricity will be converted from the city applies to low-voltage constant-current LED power supply and a compensation design must be made for e surge current and voltage fluctuations . Different from the traditional switching power supply,it has a smaller size and larger power.2) Suitable PWM device control the luminous efficiency of the single LED chip.With the appropriate peripheral circuit a PWM module will be formed.3 ) Finally select a suitable single-chip microcomputer to control the three PWM power module and switching power supplies . Photosensitive devices and Thermistor device must be added in the end of the optical channel,the signal sended by those feedback device will be transmited to single-chip microcomputer.So the optical attenuation caused by superheat will be compensated in promoting PWM in Control System.The LED chip, switching power supplies, PWM regulator module, single-chip control circuit, optical mixing channel constitute a full-color LED light-emitting device.Thirdly, we do some simulations and tests for the circuit and get the diagram of the key performance.So we can verify the reasonableness of the design.Finally, we analyse the technical bottlenecks in this program and explore the direction of LED lighting research.
