Information Modeling And Management Technique Of Bullet Based On PLM

Based on an internal corporate research of the technology of Product Lifecycle Management(PLM)and combining the practical needs of the ordnance enterprises, we explore the ordnance manufacturing enterprises application with PLM for the first time.Research multi-view conversion technology of xBOM,on the basis of the data structure's analysis of EBOM,PBOM and MBOM,making use of SmartBasic Script Editor which is a SmarTeam script programming tool to carry out a programming in order to extract and summary data of EBOM,PBOM and MBOM,realized generating xBOM automatically at the end.In-depth research the concept of PDM and PLM and detailed analize the difference between the two. Combine the actual needs of ordnance enterprises and missile manufacturing character of the products, Construct a new PLM system architecture based on SmarTeam and render the structure model and a detailed analysis and presentation.On the basis of a full investigation in the enterprise, at home we explore the SmarTeam at the core of enterprise software for the implementation of the PDM for the first time. According to the characteristics of SmarTeam, In this paper, we do implementation of the PDM at project management,user rights management, workflow management, project approval and change management, document management and version management.Combinationing of PLM architecture, in this paper, we in-depth study the secondary development technology of SmarTeam and do its second development successfully,mading the sub-systems of arrow missile design, manufacture integrated with SmarTeam to achieve a full sharing of information and greatly advanced the business of information technology process.Through research and exploration of the concept of PLM, in this paper, we design and develop the outside the association parts information of arrow missile management system and user feedback information of arrow missile management system. Combined with the original application sub-systems,we completed the arrow missile from the demand for the product - design - manufacturing - purchasing - sales - service lifecycle management.
