The Design And Implementation Of ETL In Analyzing System Of The Electric Power Production

Electrical power production is the main business operations, while elctricity consumption statistics and management of the power industry is a risk management and an important way to control. Existing information systems of power sets up to deal with short-term business only for a business. A large number of historical production information of the organizations can not effectively utilize. How to be able to effectively deal with the electricity generated by corporate operations data and decision-making analysis and mining of these data for the right discovery of tacit knowledge data provide strong support and services is the issue we should treat with.In this paper, using ETL for extraction, transformation, data cleansing, and then loading data to DM, improved system performance. Taking into account the different data sources in data acquisition, ODS buffer zone is used to relieve this defect and improve data quality. We collected data according to certain rules, and designed the mapping between source and target. We use the development of workflow model to solve the complexity problem of ETL processes for increasing development efficiency.Shandong Electric Power Corporation, Operation analysis of the production system performs the background of this article. Data sources were divided into two kinds. We describe the system development process for special themes.The system has been running successfully on-line, and this system has become one of the important systems in Shandong Province's electirc power. In the future, we will design and develop for the functional module and it will provide the analysis service independently.
