AC machine control system of high capability is more and more widely used in the traffic, metallurgy, equipment manufacture and some fields of country economy going with the lighter of machine (or big power) and the promotion of machine speed. And so it is more important to control vibration suppression of AC machine control system. Machines are usually described by the parsing mathematical model in the AC machine control system. It will bring on the change of resistance and inductance because of different work place, temperature and the change of magnetism saturation which usually caused the unsimulated effect. In fact, the model is basically certain to AC machine control system, and it will be affected by parameter change and disturbtion effect, thus, it does not necessarily throw away the traditional control and adopts pure intelligent control, and it gets half the result with twice the effort. It should increase some intelligent control method to eliminate the affect of parameter change and disturbtion. And this is the reasonable approach to import intelligent control in the transmission control system.In order to make the controller robust and nonlinear as well as keep the advantage of traditional PID controller. It adopts the nonlinear controller based on the neurons which are embedded the fuzzy querying table and a new method of smoothing the appearance of 3-D geometric bodies and applies to smooth the control surface in the field of Computer aided geometry design (CAGD), it guarantees the controller switching smoothly and parameter self-adjust arithmetic converging.It has positive effect on improving the capability of AC machine control system and promoting the comfortable feeling of train, the control quality of rolling mill and so on from a new aspect.
