Geologic Bodies are the environment in which people conduct the Engineering activities, and its Stability Analysis is Extremely complex.The finite element method is a more effective analytical method, but the building of FEM model is complicated. For this problem, there is a method which can divide the three-dimensional tetrahedron in this article.On the basis of the basic concepts and theorems of the triangulation of Delaunay, the research status Three-dimensional geological modeling technology and the analysis of the development trends and problems, I focus on several key technologies of the triangulation of Delaunay method which is in actual application. As a result ,it solves the implementation of the core problem in the computer program. The main research work and results are as follows:1,Based on the substantial literature, I have conducted a systematic analysis and research of the status, development trends and problems of the Three-dimensional geological modeling technology.2,In accordance with the concepts and thought of the triangulation of Delaunay method, I determine the route of modeling. That is, based on the initial model, through the border recovery methods can build the ultimate model.3,Solid Models is the data sources and constraints of the modeling of the cell models. In this article, the advanced digital mining software(DIMINE) can generate the Solid Models, and this provides a basis for follow-up study.4,The recovery of the geologic bodies border and the elimination of the invalid grid element are the core problem of modeling cell models. Through some rational and efficient algorithm in this article, I resolve this problem.5,I have applied the algorithm to DIMINE software, and verified the feasibility of the algorithm on the basis of several project examples.Through this study, I solve practical problems in the implementation process of the algorithm. Through the combination of three-dimensional triangulation of Delaunay and the border recovery methods, I have modeled the cell models, laid a good foundation for the finite element method of the Geologic Bodies.
