The Transformation From C/S To The Simulation B/S Of The Foreground Bussiness Of Industrial And Commerical Bank Of China

With the development of the bank services, the original character terminal interface system of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China can not meet the Application of the higher requirements, because it can not support graphics terminals and lack of security and so on. So it is urgent to develop a new terminal platform. At the same time, the B/S technology is mature and perfect. It provides strong supports to the development of the new terminal platform. In view of these facts, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China decides to present a kind of new graphics terminals system to replace the existing character terminal interface system.We have to use the internal self-made browser, the internal network joint and the thin client system because of the high requirements of data security in bank. Therefore we call it as B/S rebuilding. In this paper, we present the rebuilding process of the new system and apply the AWT components in JAVA to build the Applet graphical user interface. The Eclipse application development tools and B / S relevant theoretical knowledge are used in the research.Now, we have completed the rebuilding from C/S to the B/S and the testing of the foreground program. At present it is running in production environments and performed successfully.
