Research On The Monitoring And Analysis System Of Internet Public Opinion

In recent years , with the development of network technology, the users gets information interactively with web2.0 technology different from browsing information during web1.0 era. People can express their attitudes and opinions to variable social incidents. Internet becomes the major carrier of information release, access and transmission. The Internet public opinion incidents happens widely, spreads fast ,and are difficult to notice, easily to affect the social stability and the attitude of internet users, both the government and individuals should know the opinion incidents evolution trends .Using modern information technology to analysis and mining the public opinion on the internet becomes a hot topic in Web mining area. In china, the research on internet public opinion early warning and analysis is still in the exploratory stage. Most existed internet public opinion monitoring and analysis systems focus on the functions of information collection ,retrieval and some basic text mining functions, like information filtering, classification, clustering summary etc, but they neglected the most important work of public opinion analysis, the function of opinion and attitude analysis. Based on the feature of public opinion, and focus on the topic opinion tracking technology, we build a internet public opinion monitoring and analysis platform to realize the collection, prerecession, analysis functions in web2.0 environment.In This paper, firstly, discusses the theoretical background, the existed research achievements and commercial products of internet public opinion monitoring and analysis, according to preceding context we find the needs of public opinion analysis and the deficiency in the existed systems, and then raise the prototype of internet public opinion mining with the function of opinion tracking. Secondly, decomposes the prototype to figure out the technology points, then corroding to them, gives a detailed introduction of their theories .Thirdly, describes the overall system design and detail works in each module of the internet public opinion monitoring and analysis system. Finally, through the Wenchuan earthquake emergency testing experiment, gives the effect of system operation.
