With the arrival of the Internet Time,more and more social activities and econmic activities are included in Internet platform;the development of the society have been tied with Internet deeply. Accompanyed by Internet develop, problems of network security attract people's attention. Now, China need sharing resource data and uniform experimental platform. Multilevel query is a kind of efficient query method in complex data query. For one complex query, users can make multilevel query to promote the efficiency.In the period of platform building, it needs large quantities of reliable and scientific network data. And the system provides the dump of data, query and make statistic of the network data.The author of the paper mainly worked in the research and development of "Ministry of Education Network Security Resource And Scientific Exprimental Platform". With the preliminary studies and data gathering from the Internet, the author's major task is the design and implementation of the network security platform. And a system architecture based on feasible optimization was raised.As the first part, this paper introduces the function requirement. Then it emphasizes on the design and implementation of the system, and provide the test results. In this part, the paper describes the details of the multilevel-query on resource sharing platform and shows the statistic data by graphical methods to users. Secondly it gave the analysis of the system performance of the querying and its existed problem, as well as the deficiency of the system design and the porfomance of query. Lastly, this paper proposed a new optimization scheme and verify the feasibility of it.
