| As the communications technology is developing fast, and the individualized demand of customers is incessantly increasing, the competition among communications operators is even fiercer. It is the most important issue all operators faced that how to take up the market, to promote the market share and enlarge the profit by providing individualized services for customers. The Intelligence Network could provide various kinds of new services for customers in a short time, and it demands less investment and takes effect soon, which makes it as the focus all operators paid attention on.This article discusses thoroughly on the following aspects:First, to know deeply the quadrilayer plane model of the intelligence network and see the distinct characteristics of the intelligence network: the separation between service transaction and service control, and the service building is independent on the service operating environment, which thus form the open service platform, and establish the bases for the speediness of services.Secondly, in order to lessen the load of SCP and promote the processing capability and working efficiency of SCP, it is needed to actualize the SCP log maintenance system on one aspect. On the other aspect, it is needed to build SCP safety maintenance and management system.Again, study deeply the arithmetic and application of the Intelligence network SCP load control. When the SCP is overloaded, it is needed to consider not only the overload control, but also the load balance, which make SCP system have better equity and effectiveness.Finally, to analyze the development and application of the intelligence network in the next generation of communication network and discuss the issue waiting for further study.In sum, as the communication technology is developing, the active communication network is going to melt into the intelligence information network gradually, which could bring more benefit for the society owing to the development of intelligence network. |
