Industry wireless control and measurement nowadays become a hotspot of WSN's application along with the combination of wireless control and measurement technology and WSN. By making use of WSN's low cost, ease and widely sense, we can carry out the total control and measurement of the full flow of the industry with low investment; get the important industry parameters which were not easily available according to the cost factor. Based on these, we can optimize our controlling to enhance the efficiency of producing, reduce the energy consumer and producing cost. The primary problem of using WSN in this domain is the reliability, so how to improve the reliability of WSN is one important aspect .According to the reliability problem mentioned above, the paper analyze sand compares several ideas which to enhance the reliability, and finally choose the redundancy network as our researching object by considering the performance, complexity and quality cost ratio. After detailed analyses of the parallel model and serial model's reliability, we again choose the more reliable model -----serial redundancy network model. For the practical requirements, we choose IEEE 802.11x as the communication in the model. Later we will see the industry WSN based on IEE802.11x will be more reliable in our industry control and measurement.The key of the enhancement of the reliability of the WSN in industry domain by using redundancy network is to get a right redundancy network switching mechanism. Based on the 802.11a/g standard industry WSN using double redundancy network, comparing the existent redundancy network switching mechanism, we give a CHF mechanism with the considering of the network communication quality and throughout, and analyze the principle, make a implement. Finally describe dentally the principle and implement of the redundancy network platform.
