| Environmental protection is a basic national policy of china, this paper in-depth Analysis of the China's highway environmental impact assessment ,and compared to the abroad. In addition ,this paper also summed up the existing problem of the type, features, technical features, advantages and disadvantages for the environmental impact assessment software of domestic and international.On this basis, we designed a software-based B/S, and then ,we test it in the highway of cheng wen qiong .Through the preparation of this paper, author was research of the environment system for domestic and international, Put the opinion on the road environmental impact system of the china in the future. This Paper is divided into six chapters. the first chapter is introduction and analysis of the background for the project; The second chapter is introduction the project's early stage of the investigation and technical analysis; Chapter III, IV, V is introduction the project's development stage; The last Chapter is base on the highway of cheng wen qiong and tested. |
