Study And Implementation Of The Mailbox Of Enterprise Based On James

With the increasing development of computer technology, the global information technology industry changes rapidly day by day that makes every walk of life move from a traditional way to information technology way. The enterprise mailbox which is gradually in replace of postal mails makes the enterprises themselves receive and transmit information and messages rapidly so that they can grasp business opportunities quickly and easily in the increasingly fierce competitions, improving their working style efficiently and accelerating the modernization of the enterprises greatly.This dissertation, being set in the development of the enterprise mailbox of the Productivity Promotion Center of Department of Science and Technology in a certain autonomous region, deals with the research on how to complete customized design of the enterprise mailbox by using James mail-server which is designed based on Java Mail and Struts framework; on how to implement and meet the Center's requirements of function and non-function.At the beginning of the article, it describes status quo of the enterprise mailbox summarily, then its market trend, and in the next to analyze requirements demanded by the Center, a business mailbox user. Comparing with a general mailbox, the user gets to know what kinds of advantages the enterprise mailbox has; what kinds of requirements can be met; what kinds of special functions and non-functions can be realized. We have established the corresponding use-case-model for the user. Based on the research on mail service system, B / S model and the theory and principle of hierarchical design, we have completed the designs for overall system structure of the mailbox, all levels, various functional models and the database. After that, we started the research on two key points of mailbox system, one is anti-spam, and the other is transmission security, for both we have achieved with double effectiveness. Last but not least, the article discusses in detail about the design and implementation of specific functional model of the mailbox, laying stress on schedule function, mailbox management function and so on.
