Along with technology of computer hardware,technology of wireless netword communication and technology of Internet unceasing development,people eager to seek out restraints of fixed network,cable Internet.In recent years,people enjoy LBS basec mobile communication,80% of information in our world is related to spatial location.Location Based Service comes into being under the promotion of technical development and social demands.J2ME supported by Mobile Service Architecture has been the best solution to resource-constrained devices.Phones are becoming more and more prevalent today,and it is the trend of accessing form mobile phones various services on the Internet.At the same time,Web Services allows just-in-time integration of applications,and provides applications high extensibility.For their advantages,the paper use them to design LBS.In this paper, we do in-depth studies of the framework of LBS and the technologies of J2ME,MSA,Web Services,Mobile SVG and so on,on the basis of the above studies,we design the framework of LBS based on MSA and Web Services,the detailed design of the complex logical computation about the analysis of furthest road and so on in the server-side, the design about kinds of functions in the client-side.Then we improve the algorithm of automatic chain scission used in the shortest path analysis.Compared with the method of getting the point of intersection between two lines in present,we uses the method which integrates the method of quick excludability and the method of mixed product,it not only decreases computing quantity,but also enhances the efficiency of the algorithm.At the last of this paper, we give the implication of LBS based on MSA and Web Services,and apply it to the Oil field, completing an oil LBS system.It brings the convenience of the location querying and shortest path querying,and it is confirmed that this framework is feasibility and highly effective.
