This thesis is devoted to the design of monopulse slotted-waveguide array antenna. The classification of monopulse antenna system and the corresponding working principle is introduced. The choice what kind of monopulse is satisfied the structure of waveguide slot array antenna is selected. And then the thesis analyzes styles of waveguide slot, introduces the transmission line model and the formula of their equivalent impedance. With the help of CST, electric parameter of isolated waveguide shunt slot has been calculated. On the ground of theoretical formula, the electrical parameters of isolated shunt slot are fitted. The article also introduces and analyzes Elliott design formulas in detail, obtains bias and the active resonant length of each shunt slot via programming to solve Elliott formulas. Feed network design from the current feed to the voltage feed is discussed in detail, based on the characteristics of different levels of the feed structure and the aims to cut down the coupled effects, the antenna employed current feed. Four magic-T whose E-element is folded combine to a comparator, with different method to fold the E-element, the thesis achieves two kind of comparator.At the end of this paper, the impact to antenna performance caused by structure parameter error, such as cut off error, system error and random error, is discussed. Conclusion is given that the processing error of 0.01mm rarely affected on antenna performance.
