The Implementation Of VoIP Based On The Cisco Router And The H.323 Protocol

On the tranditional PSTN system, once a call need a certain signal system to finish a call including establishing, processing and terminating. As the same, in the IP world, the IP phone also need a message system to finish this process, generally this be named protocol. In these days, the influential protocol about the VoIP system are the H.323 Protocol and the SIP protocol. This paper mainly introduce the most widely used protocol--- H.323 protocol. In this paper , it is brought forward that the design and implement of the widely used VoIP solution project based on the PC to PC. This system is mainly on the Cisco router and the H.323 protocol to implement the VoIP network.This paper mainly provide the following concept:In this VoIP system, it provide the profect function. It provide the main solution about the VoIP system based on the most widely used Cisco devices and the H.323 protocol.In this VoIP system,. It follow the international standard and hold the properitary character. The artitechecture, the service and the management of the system follow the H.323 protocol, ensure this system will interconnect the other VoIP system.In this VoIP system, It is optimized by the most widely used QoS technology, what's more, it is used the telecom network, so it is important.In the paper, the system is constructed through the Cisco Devices such as router, switch, and call center system, it is developed the availability and the expansibilty of the system. In words, the VoIP commuication system adopted the most widely used protocol H.323 protocol and the Cisco devices, developed the quality and the availabillty of the voice communiation,and reduce the bandwidth of communications.
