The interface of The Dispatcher's Workstation is an important human-computer interaction interface of The Communications-based Train Control (CBTC) system. Through which The Dispatcher monitoring and controlling the equipment and train operation within the jurisdiction timely. The urban rail transit train control system and the developing situation with higher speeds, shorter operating interval, more frequent traffic, thus, when the dispatcher in the implementation of Scheduling tasks and deal with Abnormal situations have to face with more information, more complex, dynamic work environment. In order to help dispatcher better carry out the tasks and deal with system abnormal processing, it is necessary to design a safe, reliable and comfortable human-computer interaction interface.First of all, we deeply analysis the IEEE Std 1474.2. It is the user interface specification of the CBTC system. In which user framework of the CBTC system, man-machine engineering requirements, display requirements, factors that affect system security, user feedback input requirements are described. Through taking the advantages of man-machine interface of CBTC system abroad and conclusion of related research, Combining with the characteristics of the Dispatcher's workstation interface, we created design principles of the dispatcher workstation interface, and have made a human-machine interface display layout follow the principles.Under the guidance of the design principle established before, we conducted a systematic analysis of the dispatcher's workstation. As we knows that demand analysis is the first step in soft ware design, and it's the base to accomplish the software. This is a complex system, we must meet user needs to be taken into account. We created a suitable GUI model of human-machine interface witch is a good description based on graphical user interface model - Seeheim model. Then, we use the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to create a model. Through the establishment of the system use case model, static model, dynamic structural model, system architecture view description is given. In accordance with the established UML model, with the Visual Studio2005 programming environment, we code to achieve the system. We first introduced the software development environment and the realization of the difficulties encountered in the process and key techniques in detail. And then, realization of elements of Line Field was illustrated. We mainly introduced the realization of the main interface of the system. The system interface ultimate realization was given at last. Finally, we demonstrated that the ultimate realization of the dispatcher's workstation interface meet the standards and principles well.
