With the development of chip technology and computer network technology, the performance of control chip has been greatly improved, the cost has been greatly decreased and the network has went into our lives. Represented by a field bus control network is also play an indispensable role in the industrial and other control systems. As one of today's most promising Fieldbus, CAN has strong anti-interference and Error detection ability and has been applicated around from the high-speed networks to low-cost multi-line network. CAN bus has a great deal of attention with its real-time, reliable, flexible high-profile applications in the automotive industry. Then there have been CAN bus products in other areas. The vibration sensor based on CAN bus is one of a kind. Sensor network can go well in online monitoring. This lays the foundation for safe production. The topic will introduces CAN bus to the online monitoring system. With CAN bus network's high-speed and stable characteristics, Equipment under the harsh environment monitoring become simple and safe.Papers give a simple introduction for CAN bus specification, and then provide an online vibration monitoring system which is made with a wide range of intelligent CAN bus communication nodes. Paper detailed the hardware design of single intelligent node and multi-channel waveform intelligent node. It Mainly Introduces the conditioning circuit module, A / D module, control module and communication module, gives the structure of the whole network. In system software design, the paper focuses on the lower intelligent node software process. Through the CAN bus communication protocol, the improved one has been promoted. At the same time, it also introduces the use of the PC interface card.
