In the modern Electronic information warfare, radars play a very important role. The data received by radars is tackled by data processing, maximum extraction of the target state information is achieved,in order that the objectives trajectory in the region is controlled and estimated, location in the next time goes by is gave, the target of high-precision real-time tracking of objectives is achieved.Data integration platform can integrate target measurement data provided by a radar platform and other information provided by the other radars platforms intelligently and automatically,in order to obtain the benefits that any single radar can not receive. Data fusion operation in the modern defensive plays a decisive role, the integration center will integrate the data sent by the radar platforms, according to the calculations result of the integration of real-time battlefield situation, achieve the strategy distribution for the combat systems. Therefore, Based on radar data correlation and data fusion for the study, the main thought:(1) Tracking association of a single radar platform to the target, in order to improve the relevance accuracy of the radar system, set up a correlation matrix, the improved simulated annealing algorithm can solve the data association problem in different clutter environment, obtain the higher associated accuracy.(2) Registration sensor problem, an analysis of the performance of the two time registration methods which base on least square method and linear interpolation. To estimate and compensate the deviation of different sensors, after the space registration, to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the both above-mentioned approaches.(3) Data fusion of multi-radar platform, multiple radar platform sent the original data sequence is reduced the randomness of the original sequence, using second-order weakening buffer operator to, then the strategy of dynamic allocation of value is proposed based on the issue of weight distribution, at last all kinds of radar data with weight factors will be brought to the fusion center, integrated and computed. The simulation results show that, the method which contained buffer operator and dynamic weight has a higher fusion accuracy.(4) Doppler frequency of participation in data association, using the Doppler frequency and track correlation, in order to improve the accuracy of the association for real-time tracking of targets. The simulation results show that, using the Doppler frequency have the higher associated accuracy.
