Then according to Weifang City traffic engineering road construction status, it cleared the traffic engineering quality supervision management information system's demand analysis, determined the system method of exploitation, formulated the system function module, which includes essential data processing function module, comprehensive statistical analysis function module, project information inquiry function module, department and employee management function module, laws and regulatory document material, quality supervision business processing, geography information management, system service establishment and so on. Designed data table's logical structure, for example, employees table, equipment table, department table, and quality supervision processing as well, and designed the logical structure of database. At last, designed this system's partial functional modules in detail.This system can realize the indoor work, and can also realize the open country work. Using this system can not only improve traffic engineering quality supervision department in the management level, and speed up traffic engineering quality supervision management of information technology work, but also can effectively protect traffic engineering construction quality and safety.
