With the rapid development of China’s market economy, along with the advent of the computer age, is more standardized management processes of various industries, to facilitate business operations, all walks of life and health systems management software operations, but no matter what kind of industry, enterprise account management has become a core business. With the gradual improvement of business management processes, a solution to the accuracy of the accounting and management structure of the complexity of the design-oriented business processes, can be epitaxially integrated account management system matures.The system is designed in this paper is a set of accounting for small and medium company management systems to Small and Medium Enterprises accounting control framework, voucher processing, reconciliation process, the end of treatment, book management, data query functions for six body, effectively clearing control accounts as the key to account management as the core, will address the accuracy of billing accounts to maximize staff efficiency, and management, supervision, control and accounting of a series of queries in-one management software.System design using object-oriented design and development, from requirements analysis, design, detailed design and other aspects elaborate system development. The main work includes the following aspects:(1) the requirements analysis phase, divided describe the function module, using a flow chart of the system functional requirements were formalized description;(2) in the overall design phase of the system, according to the account management the actual situation of the system is proposed based on the data storage mode C/S structure of the system model and relational database;(3) in Visual Studio2008for the development of front-end tools, and SQL Server2008as the backend database, according to the account management for small and medium company’s needs, such as voucher processing architecture, reconciliation process, the end of treatment, management, and data query books and other functional modules.Currently, a clear system interface, full-featured, easy to operate, fully meet the actual needs of small and medium company account management.
