The Design And Implementation Of The Online Tax Return Filing System For Zaozhuang City IRS

With the development of computer technology, the National Golden Tax Project gets fully constructed and undergoes a vigorous development. As an important government part, national tax system makes advantage of advanced technology in computer and network, gradually turning to the network to deal with issues such as daily business work and tax declaration. The corresponding electronic tax system will optimize work processes and improve work efficiency. Therefore, online tax return filing system has become the focus of the current information-based development of taxation industry.The online tax return filing System must be based on the implementation of data centralization handling system. Tax payer, taxation office, bank, treasury and other taxation related departments are organically combined. The service of tax declaration by internet, telephone, bank branches and visiting are provided for different kinds of tax payer. There are some principles that should be followed: reasonable layout, full design, Precise implementation.In the beginning part, this paper analyzes the current studies on tax home and abroad, points out some problems in constructing informationized taxation and provides corresponding solutions. Secondly, the paper focuses on the relevant technical knowledge employed in developing the system, with the application of PKI/CA technologies to secure the operation of the online tax return filing system. A three-tier J2EE architecture design was adopted in the designing process for its powerful framework. With the J2EE architecture as the frame structure, the online tax return filing system analyzes the business processes of online tax declaration by providing the business model and detailed design of the main function modules to realize online taxation operations. The system facilitates taxpayers with the convenience of completing tax declaration and tax payment, etc. It not only improves the efficiency for taxpayers, but also reduces costs for tax payment and collection, and improves the efficiency of tax collection and management, which are the designed purpose of the system.
