Considerable research interest has been focused on the development of chemosensors in the field of life science, material science and environmental science during the last 20 years.Spectrofluorometry has played more and more important role in many application fields for its merits, such as high sensitivity, high selectivity and simplicity. Most heavy metals irons can not be determined by spectrofluorometry, while a fluorescent complex formed in the reaction between heavy metal ions and organic reagents can be determined by Spectrofluorometry. With the development of Spectrofluorometry,it is necessary to synthesize some high selective and high sensitive fluorescent probes. The thesis was comprised of five parts.Chapter1:The concept and classification of fluorescence chemosensor were introduced. The synthesis of coumarin derivates and triazene derivates chemosensor and their application were described.Chapter2:A new coumarin fluorescence probe was synthesized by two different coumarin derivatives via animine linkage.Chapter3:The chelate complex was formed by the reaction between AMHMC and Cu(Ⅱ) in the solution of CH3CN-H2O(v/v=3:1),which resulted in fluorescence enhancement. The reaction showed a high selectivity and sensitivity for Cu(Ⅱ).a new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) with AMHMC was developed.Chapter4:3-amino-4-hydroxycoumarin was synthesized from 4-hydroxy coumarin through nitration, reduction reaction, followed by condensation of 3-amino-4-hydroxycoumarin with a series of aromatic aldehydes to yeild the corresponding novel schiff base.Chapter5:A new fluorescent reagent Bis(2-diazoaminobenzothiazoyl)-benzidine (BDABTB) was synthesis by combining benzothiazole with benzidine through triazene group.Chapter6:The chelate complex was formed by the reaction between BDABTB and Hg(Ⅱ),which resulted in fluorescence quenchment. The reaction showed a high selectivity and sensitivity for Hg(Ⅱ).A new spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of trace Hg(Ⅱ) with BDABTB was developed. It has been used for the determination of trace Hg(Ⅱ) in water sample with satisfactory results.
