Fluorescence chemosensor has a significant potential foreground in food analysis, process control, environmental monitoring, catalysis, bioluminescence imaging, medical diagnosis and so on.Among all the fluorescence chemosensors, which based on diarylethenes become most extensively studied due to their excellent thermal stability, significant fatigue resistance and light sensitivity. So far,it has been a hotspot to intruduce new groups into the dithienylethene unit to construct novelty fluorescence chemosensors, which can optimize the photochromism and give rise to some novel properties. In this thesis, three categories contain a total of 6 new diarylethene were designed and synthesized based on the above ideas.Their properties of photoswith, ion responsive,acid/base effect and fluorescence modulation were investigated systematically, the main contents are as follows:In chapter 1,the research status that the research situation of diarylethene compounds and the introduction of fluorescence chemosensors. The related development of fluorescence chemosensors based on diarylethenes were investigated,Based on on the survery of the current focus our research subject was brought out.In chapter 2,two novel diarylethenes based on Rhodamine B were synthesized, and the properties of DT-1 and DT-2 induced by light and cations was investigated.DT-1 have two Rhodamine B units, and its properties induced by light, cations and proton were investigated in detail.DT-2 have one Rhodamine B units, and its properties induced by light and cations were investigated in detail. In chapter 3,two novel Shiff bases based on diarylethene with a 3-Hydroxy-2-Naphthoic Acid Hydrazide unit were synthesized firstly, and the properties of DT-3 and DT-4 induced by light and cations was investigated. As a represent, the cation respond and deproton effect of DT-3 were investigated in detail. In chapter 4,two novel Shiff bases based on diarylethene with a(1,2-naphthalofuran)hydrazide unit were synthesized successfully, and the properties of DT-5 and DT-6 induced by light and cations were investigated.Because the cation selectivity of DT-6 was very poor,so this chapter only study the ion respond of DT-5 in detail.
