As an important part of modern logistics,AS/RS must be able to make rapid and accurate response and reasonable dispatch to dynamic outbound assignments in order to adapt to the modern logistics mode of production, achieving just-in-time distribution. The accuraty and rapidity determines the system performance, directly influences the enterprise with the interests of its client.This paper firstly focuses on each link and existing task AS/RS algorithm. In the warehouse for automation each link and existing task scheduling algorithm of AS/RS based on the analysis ,discusses the application of computer real-time system task scheduling priority table .This algorithm considers the deadline and quantity characteristic parameters. The scheduling algorithm improve the original list of realization to matrix realization and is analyzed based on the deadline assurance of performance.This paper verificates this algorithm by simulation of Matlab and AutoMod. From the view of mathematics using matlab algorithm is analyzed the operation efficiency and adapt to the environment, the results show that the scheduling algorithm based on priority list has higher rate and scheduling stability under the various loading and unloading strengths.Then it designs 3d simulation model for AS/RS appling three-dimensional logistics AutoMod simulation software and a assignments way of single and joint model based on priority scheduling algorithm and other form of classical scheduling algorithm . The results show that the priority list based on the scheduling algorithm and weighting algorithm can improve the DGR for AS/RS to the unloading task especial to the full weight system.
