With the rapidly development of internet and application,Web Services as an emerging model of web applications and remote access standard,has a very good solution to the problem of data and application's integration and sharing on heterogeneous platforms.With the increase of Web Services,finding the services accurately and efficiently from the mass of Web services to meet the demand has become increasingly difficult.Traditional Web Services discovery mechanism based on keyword matching lacks of machine-understandable semantic information,which leads to low recall and precision and can't achieve intelligent search.Therefore,the introduction of machine understandable semantic information in semantic-based basis provides more accurate and efficient matchmaking algorithm of Web Services and mechanisms to quickly find relevant Web Services has become an issue.The current researches of semantic Web Services matchmaking mainly pay attention to the IO matchmaking,but lacking of algorithm that supporting PE matchmaking.On the foundation of IO matchmaking,this paper uses the SWRL language that based on Desciption Logic to describe the PE expressions of the service and designs and implements a PE matchmaking algorithm with the supporting of Pellet reasoner.In addition,we make the matchmaking algorithm to have QoS constraint on the basis of IOPE matchmaking by extending the OWL-S service discription framework with QoS information.This paper presents a matchmaking mechanism based on stage filtering algorithm,which reduces the non-related services similarity calculation and can greatly improve the efficiency of matching Web Services.Finally, this paper provides a solution to facilitate the design and implementation of the Semantic Web Service matchmaking System,and then through the testing data of travelling domain verifies that the matchmaking mechanism based on stage filtering algorithm has a very good effect on improving the pricision and reducing the response time.
