Agent can imitate the behaviour of human being with some features of which such as intelligence, sociality and suitability. It had become an important issue in Agent Intelligence since the 1990s.The researching of agent-acpected developing tools and enviroments is the key to make the agent widly used.Existing agent-aspected developing tools and enviroments has various technical background,But it is very difficult to employ existing tools in some applicable fields,so it has to design the special agents' management on this issue.Agents' management refers to the the management of lifecycle and mobility. The lease concept is introduced to the lifecycle management and the trust mechnism is used to expand the lease negotiation in agent lifecycle management. It can improve the manageability of agents and the self-heal of the system.Further more,it can maximize the server's security. This paper also analyzes the key technology to implement mobility in C++: serialization and dynamic class load. When it comes to the communicating, centralized-alike registration is employed as the communicating model which can pick up the communicating speed, reduce the message loss rate, enhance the confidentiality and avoid message-chasing phenomenon to take place effectively. In fault-tolerance aspect,Moving windows are used to cater for the needs of the fault-tolerance of agents with various network quality. In security policy aspect, the two security layer of system level and application level can insure the safe running of the systemUsing C++ language, an agent management system on agent platform which runs on linux environment is implemented, and the management of lifecycle and mobility is well implemented in the system.
