The Research And Achieve Of The Decentralised Energy System Based On Modbus Protocol Communication

Distributed Energy Systems DES (Decentralized energy system) because of their flexibility and higher energy efficiency, is to be more widely used, but the system of gas and waste heat boiler of communications and data exchange is due to the type of controller and the use of different protocols is sometimes difficult to directly to proceed, this has a direct impact on the function of distributed systems and to promote it application. The thesis of this study is based on a different protocol between the data communications controller, so that the system can be distributed for the use of the gas agreement and waste heat boiler system for data exchange system to achieve between the chain Equipment control.MODBUS is an international, open, does not rely on equipment manufacturers of communications protocol standards, it is widely used in various fields. In this paper, using MODBUS protocol for the use of gas and OMRON PLC controller of the waste heat boiler systems to exchange data communications to start the research. First of all, in light of the actual distributed on the principle of the system function and development. Second, in the full study and understanding of the MODBUS protocol and RS232, RS485 bus on the basis of a specific combination of distributed energy supply system in the common control system design, systems analysis and network architecture, and so on were outlined. Focus on the systems involved in the protocol macro programming, configuration, parameter settings and data calls for the exchange of detailed information.Finally, summed up the use of macro data exchange protocol when the attention of, and protocol on the macro simulation to debug a brief description to ensure stable operation of the system.
