Optics modules are important element of laser device. After putting them into laser device, they can be hardly collimated and modulated. So we must collimate and modulate optics modules off-line. Collimation and modulation system of optics Modules designed by this project will collimate and modulate optics modules off-line, in running and maintaining process of laser device.Applied engineering optics, image process and modern design and manufacture technique, collimation and modulation system of optics Modules can achieve collimating and modulating optics modules accurately, rapidly and steadily. Because of less development of these, we design Collimation and modulation system of optics Modules has important significance.In order to achieve the prospective function, the project designed from the following items:①According to the request of optics modules, we designed beam line of collimated light, beam line of collimation and modulation of optics modules and simulated beam line of collimated light. We also researched key technique of every beam line and analyzed the error. All of these would ensure the beam line can be used in field.②Researched the arithmetic of facular image process, supplied image process flow. Collimation and modulation system of optics modules adopted camera receive laser facular image, then transmitted it to software packet prepared in computer by image sampling card and calculated the center of facular image, at last compared with base point. This would supply criterion for collimating and modulating optics modules.③Designed entire mechanical structure of Collimation and modulation system of optics modules. Specially, according to the request of laser go through holes, we designed four degree of freedom modulation machine which can achieve moving along X, Y, axis and rotating around X, Y, axis. What is more, according to the request of steadily, we analyzed stress and displacement of the base support, support shelf of light and rotating axis and calculated the max value. In order to avoid vibration which would affect collimation and modulation precision in the work process of collimated light, we analyzed the mode of support shelf of light, calculated the former tenth natural frequency and mode shape.
