With the rapid development of multimedia technology and the computer networks, digital media production and dissemination has become more convenient and faster, at the same time the problem of piracy and copyright infringement are becoming increasingly serious. Digital watermarking technology as a digital watermarking technology is an effective copyright protection of digital products and data security technologies, which has aroused great attention in recent years.This paper takes digital color video as the research object, introduces the basic framework, classification, characteristics and assessment criteria of digital watermarking. And illustrates digital video watermarking technology classification and typical method. On the basis of the analysis of existing watermarking algorithm, the paper which uses many methods, such as image processing, cryptography, communications and information theory, chaos theory and so on researches video watermarking technology ,then design and achieve the following four types of digital video blind watermarking algorithm.1. Digital video watermarking algorithm based on image fusion. The algorithm use semi-transparent visible watermarks graph, the embedded location between a certain period of time can be changed randomly, so that it is quite difficult for malicious tamper to track; the visible watermark can be removed by this way which embedded visible watermark fusion technology into video frame.2. Digital video robust watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform and spread-spectrum. In the airspace and wavelet-domain watermarking, embedded watermark index information and content watermark information respectively. a watermark embedding algorithm is characterized by a large amount of resistance to the reorganization of the frame, frame deletion, frame average, such as the ability of video attack.3. Digital video fragile watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform. The algorithm is a kind of semi-fragile watermarking algorithm, experimental results indicate that the Mpeg-2 compression and added noise has a certain robustness to malicious attacks.4. Digital video multipurpose watermarking algorithm .This algorithm is an organic combination of the above three algorithms and achieve copyright notice functions by the use of visible watermark, achieve copyright protection function by the use of a robust watermarking, and achieve tamper-resistant function by the use of fragile watermarking.Finally, the author just makes a conlusion of the whole paper and proposes future research directions.
