With the gradually heightened status of the electronic warfare in modern warfare, the battle between electronic jamming and anti-jamming is also becoming increasingly fierce and complicated. Due to its excellent performance of velocity measurement, the phase-coded signals, which can overcome conflicts between resolution and the simultaneous improvement of detection ability and accuracy in measuring range and velocity, are considered to be optimal signal used in ballistic missile defense radar. It is of great significance for the jammer design to effectively jam the radar using phase coded signal in the missile defense system and decrease the detection performance of penetration target. The paper is based on the Electronic countermeasure of some ballistic missile defense radar adopting phase-coded signal. The interference performance of interrupted-sampling and repeater jamming is analyzed theoretically. The coherent video signal simulation system of phase-coded radar is established furthermore. Based on the platform, the influence of different jamming parameters on jamming effects is discussed in detail from the perspective of simulation.First of all, based on the criteria of relevant characteristics, the code group might be used in this radar is analyzed, and anti-jamming measure is studied.Secondly, based on principle of ISRJ, the interference effect on phased-coded radar is researched, and jamming performance of intermittent and pulse-wide sampling, as well as the jamming effect of ISRJ on phase-coding and LFM signals are forwarded. Finally, the coherent video simulation system of phased-coded radar is built, and upon this platform, the interference-performance-affecting factors including power, repeated times and sampling pulse width are analyzed, and some valuable suggestions on missile penetration are recommended. The results show that interrupted-sampling and repeater jamming (ISRJ) is able to realize the effective interference of phase-coded pulse compression radar with dual jamming effects of both deceive and suppress.
