Analytic simulation is mainly for decision-making, which means the time to obtain the conclusions should be acceptable. We typically execute these simulations many times with different parameter settings to accomplish the results needed. Nowdays parallel discrete event simulation has attracted more and more attention in analytic simulation area because of its high efficiency. But when running PDES simulations with multi-replication in the LAN, we would always suffer a lot owing to manual configurations now, which always delayed the whole simulation activity. So it is meaningful to do some research on the assignment dispatching and scheduling technology for multi-replication that matches PDES and develop the tool concerned.Without general-purpose PDES assignment dispatching and scheduling tool for multi-replication currently, the dissertation primarily do research on key points of PDES assignment dispatching and scheduling, the major work and innovation is as follows.Firstly, the practice of realizing the multi-run in parallel automatically is an important way to reduce the human intervention. While now we still have to config a lot manually when we run the parallel discrete event simulations. So this paper proposed a client/server based framework for multi-replication, based on the research on PDES multi-run strategy. And we could set the paramenters needed expediently with this framework, and the dispatching and scheduling of tasks can also be carried out efficiently.Secondly, the strategies for tasks dispatching and scheduling play an important in the entire process.The paper put forward a run-time dynamic scheduling strategy and a static pre-allocation strategy to make full use of computing resources. And we should schedule replications dynamically according to the run-time features if we adopt the former, or we should pre-set the node of replications before scheduling.Moreover, the files for output during the simulation are dispersive. This paper proposed a method to collect the files automatically to avoid the tough course of getting the results together, which means a lot to the follow-up analysis process.Based on the thesis above, we designed and developed a PDES assignment dispatching and scheduling tool for multi-replication. As an important part of YH-SUPE, which is a parallel discrete event simulation environment, this tool could run the simulations founded onYH-SUPE engine efficiently, and decrease the manual configuration obviously. The test concernd and the applications could demonstrate the advantages of this tool.
