As one kind of finite nature resource being shared by human,radio frequency spectrum have the three-dimensional characteristic of the extensity,timeliness and frequency, but it is not be restricted with terrain, airspace and time. How to make use of it reasonably,fairly, effectively and economically, international world especially developed country already universally attach importance to that.Radar is the primary occupant in the environment of the border defence and battlefield, as well as it is various and complicated.Being differ from other radio-communication system, many frequency bands,high-power and wide-band are radar' s frequency spectrum characteristics.Pulse radar transmitter is important among radar system , and is also the main object of electromagnetic spectrum management. Radar transmitter produce high power radio freqency and broad spectrum spreaded out of the required spectrum width, bringing electromagnetic interfere.Today there has had the electromagnetic compatibility requirement for radar equipment, so controlling excessive and redundant electromagnetic radicalization is stringent and emergent for radar transmitter.Aim at radar spectrum transmitting restrained values' criterion, this paper carrys out the study of the technology effectively utilizating the spectrum, and demonstrating by appling spectrum system design and controlling technique for instance changing pulse shape,based on that we can rather adequately utilize the provided frequency band.
