With modern industrial development, industrial process control computer is widely used in the production process automation systems. As the automation of the production line demands the continuous extending of the system scale and the continuous rise of the system integration degree, the real time of industrial control software for industrial control systems also has been highly required. The design of a high-performance real-time data management system for industrial control, including the real-time data acquisition, management and sharing of the industrial control, is the key to solve the problem. These issues are studied and discussed in this essay.This essay will focus on three issues followed: First, the real-time data acquisition of industrial production spot should satisfy the consistency and real time of the data. Second, the scheduling of the real-time data management system should complete as many tasks as possible in a certain time to ensure all the tasks implement with optimization. Third, methods should be put into effect to actualize the establishment of data model, design of the data access interface and management and share of the data. A real-time data management control is established to resolve these problems.The real-time data management control is designed for the real-time requirement of the industrial monitoring system, combining the data processing technology and the essential theory knowledge of real-time database. The kernel of the control is discussed through the services scheduling, the data model establishment, the organization and management of the data the general data I/O interface, date service interface of the application layer and so on. A real-time data management control based on microkernel actualizes the separation of the services scheduling and other functional module and exploitation of the real-time data management control. The event, property and method of the ActiveX control have been defined, and the strategies to shorten the response time of the real-time data management control has been expounded, which enhances the real time of the monitoring system.The realization of the real-time management control adopts the technology of ActiveX. The data service interface of application layer with OLE Automation interface standards and the data packaging with VARIANT structure ensures the high versatility and expansibility of the real-time data management control.
