In this essay, it mainly deals with the research on the application of the position fixing of focal lesion in the medical image processing. Firstly it studies the analysis and search on the focal lesion, and combined the subjective sensation with the computer's automatic processing. Secondly, it discusses and analyses all kinds of partitioning algorithm, and focuses on the discussion of threshold connection and confidence connection in the region growing arithmetic of the computed tomography , and puts forward the termination condition of a kind of region growing which is based on Canny edge detection algorithm, to gain accurate segmentation boundary. Then it adopts the method of combination of volume rendering and surface rendering to make three-dimensional reconstruction on the focal lesion, to separate the tissue from the focal lesion, to get the detailed image of the focal lesion area. |
