The thesis combines the needs of applications for rehabilitation training robot in rehabilitation medical domain,it analyses and researches for the form selection of the arm rehabilitation training institutions.Firstly,the paper overviews the developing situation and application of rehabilitation training robot.And then analyses the development of this technology in future.Analyses and researches the anthropometry,human anatomy and rehabilitation psychology,determines the content of rehabilitation training institution for arms to the ergonomic design.Through the analysis of ergonomic performance of arm rehabilitation training robot which have existed,as well as activities situation of human arm joints in natural state,the paper combines the ergonomic target have been determined,brings up the structure program of rehabilitation training robot for arm based on ergonomic,author selectes the structure of the machine,and determines the structure forms of rehabilitation training arm which based on the ergonomics.It proves the structure forms are keeping with ergonomic.
