The Design Of Intelligent Runout Measuring System Of Hubs

In this paper, we have designed the intelligent runout measuring system of hubs with the development of the status at home and abroad, researched the two method of micro-displacement's detection.The intelligent detection system selected TI company's TMS320F2812 as the microcontroller, it can transmission or handling hubs, control the micro-displacement sensor's probe, data sampling and the communication with the position machine. The system used cylinder and motor driven mechanical structure to control the test hubs' position, application of pressure volume of feedback principles, the zero signal of the increment encoder determined sample's precise point, reduced the error from the mechanical structure, to ensure the accuracy of the measuring system.
