This thesis is based on research on method of vehicle hub's flop instrument and analyzes of vehicle hub's flop amount measurement system. Comparing some methods, the design chooses grating displacement sensor as measuring devices. The thesis puts forward an overall design of grating signal electronic subdivision, which based on comparing methods and classification of Moire fringe signal electronics subdivision, analyzing of the advantages and disadvantages, understanding the principle of the grating measuring displacement and the grating signal subdivision.The grating input signal enters into enlarge and plastic circuit, then into resistance chain of hardware circuit, finally into CPLD chip which is the disposing process of the grating signal. The design combines of resistor chain and logic circuit subdivision, uses CPLD to realize logic circuit subdivision which fulfills subdivison, discerning direction, counting etc functions in one chip, the subdivision ability is 20.The design uses ATmega16 singlechip for data acquisition and processing, storage, display and communication with the host computer.This system has the characteristics of high precision and real-time. Experiment show: The Beat Wheel Measurement System meets to requirement and has practical application value.
