Laser Technology had got broad applications in many fields recently, such as industry, medical science, and so on. Domestic laser devices still had a few problems, the accuracy of the ophthalmology laser cures machine was insufficient for height focusing, its energy density was not enough to bring about the effective strike shooting number, the precision and quality of the geometry shape and the surface was too low in precision laser process. One of the most problems to improve this phenomenon was the laser model, including the choosing of resonant to improve the output laser model and to advance the capability of the laser. Unsteady resonant cavity would be adopted to investigate the single horizontal model laser device. The laser device with this style could make the single model volume turn over the full entire medium and the quality of the light beam very good. It was important to the study of laser device.Besides the improvement of the laser quality, the PFC circuit had been introduced into the laser electrical source. The PFC circuit had two effects in general, one was able to diminish power loss during the way power source transmits, the other was to make sure that the laser device power source played sufficiently. When the situation of electrified wire netting loads were stabel, the more power factor the laser device power had, the better electrified wire netting energy utilization ratio and EMI were.Firstly, the unsteady resonant cavity which was used for the single horizontal model laser device was clarified in this paper. Then the principle and structure characteristic of the Unsteady resonant cavity was demonstrated, the relationship between the unsteady resonant cavity structure parameters and the medium,pump source which had important effect to the heat effect of solid laser medium were analysed.firstly, has summarized he design principle, structure characteristic must stabilize a cavity comparatively all round and has analyzed the relation between unsteady resonant cavity structure parameter and medium,pump source having important effect to the heat effect of solid laser medium. According to the matter heat working focus designs concrete resonant cavity parameter and according to theory, assembling produces a set of laser device for carrying out an experiment. Then, the power source has carried out systematic go into on output power laser having PFC in 1 KW and has measured out pertinent power source data result. At last, has measured the quality and efficiency of exporting light beam in the signal horizontal model laser device ,and analyze the measuring result . These results have important reference meaning to the single horizontal model laser device.
