In order to satisfy the integrated optical gyroscope technology's needs,this paper presented the numerical analysis of Mach-Zehnder waveguide,and also carried a simulation through programming using computer software,thus led to an optimized designation for optical path in acousto-optical frequency shifter.This paper build the theoretical model based on FD-BPM and Oblique Wide Angle Beam Propagation.Based on this model,with boundary condition,we simulated the optical field's propagation of rectangular waveguide and Y-Branch,after that we studied the trait of optical field in Mach-Zehnder waveguide,analyzed and discussed factors influencing the propagation,and furthermore compared the results with those in related papers.The results show that it was precise when we used FD-BPM to simulate the optical wavegnide devices and this provided an excellent theoretical model and technical guidance to the integrated optical gyroscopes. |
