Its role is not only for the public to provide information and entertainment, but also for the public to solve the needs of psychological level. At any stage of social development, the spiritual needs of the public should not to be ignored.TV exist for the needs of audience , after the emergence of television media , social groups has always been concerned about the life of the emotion and the spirit , the spiritual needs of the audience has always been concerned by television media. And it would have been developed as a growth point in market,it can be said that the emotional TV has produced and developed in the basis of this demand . Such television program pay attention to people's daily life, reflect the aspirations of the people, solve problems for groups or individual.Report to the 17th party convention propose that "People-oriented, concerned about people's livelihood", for this reason.
